Saint Charbel

While in Byblos we were taken to Saint Charbel Church, I found this particularly interesting as it is related to our RE topic at school of Christian Journeys. This is the site where many Christians flock on a pilgrimage as a great number of miracles have been attributed to Saint Charbel since his death. The most famous one is that of Nohad El Shami, a 55-year-old woman at the time of the miracle who was healed from a partial paralysis. Many people come here hoping to be healed and cured.
